MR Grade Plywoods
Archidply SILVI – MR Grade Plywood is made of high quality hardwood and is amongst the best in the country. Both the inner core and the outer surfaces are made from superior quality wood and bonded with Melamine Urea Formaldehyde Resin. German Glue Line Technology is adopted to make 100% borer Proof. Has good screw holding technology. It is Moisture resistant and used for commercial purposes. The wood used is 100% hard wood.

PF Grade Plywoods
Archidply SILVI – PF is one of the fast moving product offers by Archid Ply. It is boiling water resistant and made with Pureply technology process. Its inner and exterior surfaces are bonded with Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) resin. Its Borer proof guarantee is due to its processing with German Glue line technology and complete hard wood usage in manufacturing.

BWR Grade Plywoods

Manual on Using Plywood:
• Select the plywood with due diligence
• Select the backup provided and the brand equity. Ask for a Company Guarantee.
• Ensure that the plywood is not warped or delaminated
• Always ensure that the premises where you stock ply is free from termites and there is no dampness
• Stack the plywood on even platforms. Uneven stocking can lead to twisting of ply
• While cutting ensure that the cutting knife is sharpened
• Drill and screw before nailing
• While applying laminate or veneer, ensure the surface is free of dampness, moisture as it can lead to delamination
• Try and use Boards in vertical shutters
• All vertical shutters should be kept tightened from top, center and bottom after applying for certain period
• Use Veneer/laminate on both sides to balance the plywood, otherwise it can warp
