Fero – Flush Doors

Marine grade flush doors are made using phenolic resin and hot processing . Wood of single species is ripped in imported ripsaws to produce inner core. (sawmill waste of various species is not used)., with 3.15mm exterior grade HDF Door Skin, Tubular Particle Board (from Saurland Spanplatte Germany) or Southern Yellow Pine [American] as filler, , 55++mm on all 4 sides with imported dried pinewood (USA) inner frame, Dynea PF Thermosetting glue from Norway. All types of locks, handles fittings like viewing Panels, Hooks, Knockers etc can be fixed just like on solid wood doors.

Laminated Flush Doors : High Pressure Laminates can be pressed on flush doors in various color and designs.

Decorative Flush Doors : These doors are laminated with a decorative veneer of teak, beach, rosewood, maple, wenge etc., as per client’s choice.

Decorative Flush Doors (Grooved) : Straight line profiled according to customer specification of standard designs.

Marine grade flush Moulded [Various Designs] With Wood Texture, primer finish suitable for staining or painting., Recess as per IS Standards. Including 3.15mm exterior grade Masonite wood grains Door Skin, Tubular Particle Board (from Saurland Spanplatte Germany) or Southern Yellow Pine [USA] as filler, 55++mm on all 4 sides with imported dried pinewood (USA) inner frame, Dynea PF Thermosetting glue from Norway. All types of locks, handles fittings like viewing Panels, Hooks, Knockers etc can be fixed just like on solid wood doors, except for the recess area. Moulded Panel Doors : Available In 2 Varients : Plain & Pre- Pre-veneered.
