In today’s fast-paced world, time and space are being squeezed on every front. Everest Industries Limited, pioneer of fiber cement products in India, introduces SOLID WALL PANELS – a new age product that will revolutionize the construction industry. Everest Solid Wall Panels offer solutions to these constraints by providing options that deliver a promise of strength, speed and safety. This revolutionary dry wall solution maintains the solid effect of a conventional brick or block wall, however, it is 20 times faster to construct thanks to its tongue and groove joining system, is 90% lighter and can withstand a fire for more than two hours.

Everest Solid Wall Panels are sandwich panels made of lightweight FRACC (fiber-reinforced aerated cement core) and E- Boards (asbestos-free cement boards). Factory-cured sandwiched Everest Solid Wall Panels are light in weight, fire resistant and sound insulating.
Everest’s high quality asbestos-free E-Boards used as skin gives Everest Solid Wall Panels a smooth finish and makes them dimensionally stable and resistant to moisture/humidity. Everest Solid Wall Panel’s smooth surface can accept a host of finishes, making these modules ideal for aesthetically pleasing interiors and exteriors.

Everest Solid Wall Panel come with the universally ccepted tongue-and-groove joint system to facilitate easy assembly. Now, RAPICON can easily replace brick and mortar; and other partition materials and systems for clean, hassle-free constructions.

Everest Solid Wall Panel are ideal for a host of applications such as internal walls, external walls, prefab housing and mezzanine flooring.

Handling Of Everest Solid Wall Panels.
• Everest Solid Wall Panels should be handled by at-least 3 – 4 Persons.
• Everest Solid Walls Panels should be handled in vertical position
• A Single Panel should be handled at a time.
• During transportation, edges and corners should be fully protected and adequate packing material should be used at the bottom and sides.
• Everest Solid Wall Panels should be handled with gloves to avoid patch mark.

Storage of Everest Solid Wall Panels.
• Everest Solid Wall panels must be stacked vertically. Never stack them horizontally.
• It is recommended to stack them 150 – 200mm above the ground level to avoid direct contact with dust, water etc.,
• Due support should be provided at equal intervals by using wooden battens under Everest Solid Wall Panel for uniform stacking.
• Always keep the tongue side of the panels on the top
• Position three metal spacers in between the panels, one at the center of the panel and other two on either sides i.e, 900mm away from center
• After stacking, always cover the panels with plastic/tarpaulin sheets when kept in the open.
